Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate specializing in Technical Recruiting, based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their technical hiring needs and ensure successful utilization of the Vamo platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, engaging with clients to address their concerns, monitoring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention efforts, and offering insights and analytics to improve their recruiting strategy. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve success in their technical recruitment initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through GitHub-based sourcing workflows inside Vamo
- Serve as the go-to resource for technical recruiters learning to use AI-powered sourcing
- Build relationships with recruiting leads and become their trusted advisor on engineering talent strategy
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product direction
- Create guides, playbooks, and onboarding materials that scale what you know
- Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with the founding team on retention
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- You've sourced software engineers before - you know what a strong GitHub profile looks like
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa)
- Comfortable in ambiguity - this is a startup and the playbook is still being written
- Curious about AI tools and excited to work at the intersection of recruiting and technology
- Bonus: experience with developer communities, engineering hiring funnels, or recruiting tech stacks
